What if I forget my password?

On the login page at wiltonforbusiness.com, type in your login ID and then click “Forgot Password”. You will receive an email with a temporary password. When logged in you may go to your account profile at wiltonforbusiness.com/account/and change your password. If unsuccessful, please email wholesale@wilton.com and someone from our Team will reset and send your new temporary password.

How do I change my password?

Navigate to Account and select Edit next to Password.

What are the password requirements?

  • 8 characters or longer
  • 1 upper case letter
  • 1 lower case letter
  • 1 special character
  • 1 number

Ordering

On a product page, what number do I put in the quantity field?

All products are ordered in packs. Insert how many packs you would like to order and the total each quantity will automatically caculate to the right.

Can I save a credit card to my account for faster checkout?

A credit card may be added a the time of purchase, or you may add a credit card by going to Account Overview and clicking the Add New Payment Method link under Payment Methods. If you are a Net Terms customer, you must place your order using your net terms. Once you receive the invoice from Wilton, you may contact our Accounts Receivable department to pay your invoice with a credit card.

Can I change the shipping or billing address on my account?

If you require an address change, please contact your Account Manager or Customer Service at wholesale@wilton.com so they may assist in the address change on your Wilton online account. Addresses cannot be changed directly on the site.

My Wilton account is a Net Terms account. Can I pay with a credit card on the Wilton for Business website?

You may place your order using your net terms. Once you receive the invoice from Wilton, contact our Accounts Receivable department to pay your invoice with a credit card.

How long will my cart remain saved?

Your shopping cart will remain saved up to 1 week from the date you started the cart.

Products

Are Seasonal items for sale on the Wilton for Business website? If not, when will we see them?

Seasonal items will be available on the website after all forecasted preorders are completed and the items become open stock and available to ship immediately. If you would like to know how you may preorder seasonal items, please contact your Wilton Inside Sales Account Manager.

I got a website error, what do I do?

Contact your Account Manager and let them know what issues you are having. You may also call the toll-free number at 1-800-772-7100 or email Customer Service at wholesale@wilton.com for assistance. Please provide as many details as you can including screen shots of the error if possible.
