Shipment Information
- All merchandise is shipped from Romeoville, Illinois freight prepaid (shipments within the continental US only)
- Products are shipped via the most appropriate carrier as determined by Wilton. Method of shipment may be parcel service or standard LTL/truck load freight.
- When a shipment is received, count all the cartons and verify the count with the number of cartons listed on the carrier freight bill. Any discrepancies must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery and a claim filed with the freight carrier. This procedure applies to merchandise delivered in shrink film, as well as individual deliveries.
