1. Shorted or missing merchandise: Refund requests for shorted product must be made to Wholesale@wilton.com within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise. No claims are allowable after that period. All claims subject to validation/verification by Wilton.
  2. Damaged merchandise: Refund claims for damaged product must be made to Wholesale@wilton.com within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise. No claims are allowable after that period. All claims subject to validation/verification by Wilton.
  3. Customer Order Errors: Wilton does not accept refund requests caused by customer error.
  4. Food Items: Wilton does not accept returns on food items.

Return Authorization: A return authorization number must be issued by our Customer Service Department before merchandise is returned. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. All returned goods must be clearly marked with the Wilton return authorization number to ensure that your account is credited properly. Returns may be subject to a 15% handling charge and customers may be responsible for the cost of freight. Further instructions and details will come from the Customer Service Department.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited, and any collect freight will be billed back to the customer.
